Hereby, in accordance with Federal Law No. 152-FZ dated 27.07.2006 "On Personal Data", I (hereinafter the "Personal Data Subject"), by registering on the G. Music platform, freely, by my own will and in my own interest, give consent to the processing of my personal data to sole proprietor Suklich Nikita Igorevich (INN: 860504132609, OGRNIP: 322861700086338), hereinafter the "Operator", on the following terms:

1. List of Personal Data

Consent is given for the processing of the following personal data:

• Last name, first name, patronymic (or nickname);
• Email address;
• Profile photo;
• Google account data (when authorizing via Google OAuth): name, email, avatar;
• IP address, device and browser data;
• Platform usage data (listening history, search queries);
• For Artists additionally: full name, contact details, bank details for payments.

2. Purposes of Processing

• Registration and authentication on the Platform;
• Providing access to Platform functionality;
• Content and recommendations personalization;
• Fulfillment of contractual obligations (including the Distribution Agreement);
• Making payments to Artists;
• Ensuring security and preventing fraud;
• Sending Platform notifications;
• Improving service quality and analytics;
• Compliance with Russian Federation legislation.

3. Processing Methods

Processing is carried out using automation tools and without them, including: collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, modification), extraction, use, transfer (provision, access), anonymization, blocking, deletion, destruction.

4. Data Transfer

Personal data may be transferred to third parties exclusively for the purposes specified in Section 2:

• Payment systems (Robokassa) — for payment processing;
• Analytics services — in anonymized form;
• Government authorities — in cases provided by Russian Federation law.

5. Consent Duration

Consent is valid from the moment of registration on the Platform until it is withdrawn by the Personal Data Subject or the account is deleted.

After withdrawal of consent, the Operator ceases processing personal data within 30 days, except in cases where processing is necessary to comply with legal requirements.

6. Withdrawal of Consent

The Personal Data Subject has the right to withdraw consent at any time by sending a written request to support@glimmerai.tech with the subject "Withdrawal of consent to personal data processing".

Withdrawal of consent results in termination of access to Platform functionality requiring authorization and deletion of the account.

7. Rights of the Subject

The Personal Data Subject has the right to obtain information about the processing of their data, their clarification, blocking or destruction in cases provided by FZ-152, as well as the right to file a complaint with Roskomnadzor.
